We stayed here last yr. It was nice then, but our visit last week was horrible. The guy who checked us in was VERY RUDE guess because he was on smoke break as we drove up. Room horrible, shower was broke wouldn't stay hooked to take shower, shower was all we had to use. AC had to be put on 50 then room really wasn't cool, 1 trash can in bathroom only. Only thing good was room was clean. Pillows all 6 was very flat. Also, couldn't hook up to your internet. We will never stay here again. In Jan we will be coming to Lawton 2 times a year but again will not stay here. We left here went stayed at same brand hotel in Muskogee. that hotel was really nice. Maybe y'all need to take lessons from them. Again, HORRIBLE place to stay WASTE of money. U should refund money to us for this horrible stay

I did not realize crickets would be an issue. My room was on the first floor and i had to ask the staff to spray the room because there were so many crickets. There were a couple of spots in the restroom near thw bath tub were the cocking and eroded and needed repairs, this cause little bugs to fall into the tub.

Very run down. The rooms fixtures in the bathroom felt like they were going to fall off, the desk chair was in bad condition. Stains on the other chair that was in the room. Thick dust on top of the bed frame. The workout room doesnt have one fully functional piece of equipment. The treadmill will not incline, the eliptical is full of rust and the weight machine is out of order. No cleaning supploes or towls in the exercise room Great and accomading staff. Just need to update and fix the hotel rooms

The room needs an update and improvements . needs improvement on their bed and pillows. The bathroom was dingy doors and vanity in terrible shape, shower didn’t have no water pressure. refrigerator loud all night . Ice machine not working.

The front desk staff was wonderful- they accommodated us nicely when we needed to Change rooms. I needed an extra night - then they allows us to stay in the same room and took our luggage back up for us while we we were out. I didn’t like the surprise of the bedspread on the last day we were there. I was fixing the bed and noticed the flip side had many many stains and rips. I took pictures but don’t see a way to attach them here. I was very disappointed they still use old raggedy stained and ripped bedspread and flip them around so guests don’t notice.. never got the room cleaned. But at the end of ny stay, saw a sheet on the console that stated i had to request it. Even the cleaning lady didn’t tell me when I asked her for more shampoo- that’s crazy. Even the trash was not taken out.. i don’t think I’ll stay at La Quinta any more.
