Pillows make the stay.
Clean! Plus excellent staff. Only issue were the terrible pillows. Good quality pillows would make this a 5 star experience. These were detrimental to quality rest.

While waiting for a new family member to arrive i chose the Hilton next to the hospital. The hotel was very clean, and new. Automatic shades, sliding doors, card acess to the room floors, and the room was larger then the average hotel room. The service was great, very polite and accomidating. I would highly recommend this horel.

Major issues was that there was no one available at the check in desk when we arrived…in the middle of the day…for a good 15 to 20 minutes. How could a hotel not have anyone else there to receive check in during regular business hours? Strange

The second floor elevator button isn’t grounded properly and will electrocute you. The HVAC system is broken so there is a loud varying fan sound that won’t turn off coming from the bathroom vents. The bartender knew I was trying to feed my kids and didn’t tell me there was a kids menu?! The margarita pizza had PICKLES ON IT?! The poolside shower was hooked up to the pool water — not heated. Bummer of a stay.

Great stay at this hotel that seemed to be pretty new. Great room and it was clean. Close to the interstate. Enjoyed our stay there. No free breakfast. You had to pay $18 for the buffet or $10 for continental or purchase al a carte per item.

Breakfast buffet was disappointing and not worth paying for. It’s the same free breakfast that is provided at other hotels for $18. Several staff were not very friendly. Housekeeping was good. The pool and workout area were small but nice and clean. Several things in the room need attention. The upstairs neighbors were very loud through the night. Overall, not a great experience. It was adequate for a place to sleep for a night, but too expensive for for the experience .
