Accessible room had a TUB! , a swivel low chair and a desk chair with wheels. All unsafe for those with mobility issues. Some services were charged extra (water, continental breakfast) and room cleaning by schedule. Clean lovely hotel but “nit-picky”.

I was happy the first of 2 days, the purpose of which was to check my husband in for rehab of a fractured neck. I returned to room after 2nd long day at hospital and found the bed unmade, old towels still in disarray, and only one remaining towel, 1 remaining coffee set. When inquiring at from desk, the response was:”did you sign up for housekeeping?” I did not know you had to sign up to have your room cleaned, reset. The only hotel I have ever had to do this in, of many hundreds around the world, was the Candlewood Suites in Manhattan (where they have many notices informing you), I wasn’t told about this at check-in, no signs at front desk or in room, no tags for door, no signal light to activate. I was informed this hotel is owned by an entity not managed like the Hilton at Logan Airport/ Boston. So if you stay here ( in a deluxe room), be sure to sign up for housekeeping when you arrive.

It was OK
The hotel is in a very convenient location off the highway and had plenty of parking. The lobby was clean and all of the employees we dealt with were very pleasant and helpful with questions. As far as the room goes, keep in mind it is a pet friendly hotel so if you have allergies it will be a bit of a problem. The room was clean as was the bathroom with the exception of a handprint still on the inside of the bathroom door (and one on the ceiling in the shower. Yeah.) The door to the bathroom is a sliding barn style so it won't offer much in the way of privacy if you are a couple sharing a room and probably why there was still a handprint on the inside of the door. The mattress and the pillows were the worst part of an otherwise very nice stay. The mattress is something more suited to a 2 star hotel - It might have been more comfortable to have tried sleeping on the pull out couch. It was more like sleeping on an elevated yoga mat. The pillows were flat and offered no support so together with the mattress left us with a less than good night's sleep. So clean, pleasant employees, convenient location? Yes. Comfortable for a good night's sleep? No.

Ok Stay
This was an ok stay, rooms immaculate & beds really comfy. You could hear a lot of noise from the room above when they people were just walking around which got really annoying! Ice machine didnt work but the reception staff can give you some to take to your room or to fill your cooler. We didnt try breakfast, instead we went to a local Dennys which was fab!! There was nothing wow about the stay, likewise there was nothing awful - it was just ok.

Lovely, clean, spacious room and lobby, etc. Great location, very close to Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Would definitely come again. Great hotel.
