Room was nice but if you have a 2-burner stove and a microwave and kitchen necessities, why would you have not supplied things like dish soap to wash the things you use nor do you have any paper towels or hand towels to dry things. We checked in to the hotel we noticed that the door was left open from when the cleaning people finished. I told the front desk and the lady there did not seem to be concerned about it.

It's great that they offer options for a keto breakfast with nice cheese omelette, scrambled eggs and bacon. The outdoor/ porch breakfast area is nice. In addition the complementary beach passes will save you $30 a day parking at Kennebunkport beaches. I traveled on my motorcycle and was able to park it a few feet from my door. I will diffinetly stay here again when visiting Gooches beach which is one of the best in Maine next summer. Good work.

Nice but neglected

This property is clean but it has issues that have been ignored. Our bathroom had water damage and mold on the ceiling. The breakfast was inedible, precooked eggs, greasy bacon and potato patties. A continental breakfast of local breads, fruit and coffee would be a huge improvement.

The tub was so dirty that you slipped on the non skid pads because they were slimy. We went to the store and bought cleaner and and a scrub sponge-and it all came clean. Overall, every area of the room was very dirty. I booked this place because the reviews were good, particularly on the cleanliness. I would not stay here again.

The Pott Inn was a great place to stay in Kennebunk. It was convenient to everything, clean and nicely appointed. Was very happy with our room and will stay there again if back in the area.
