Good night’s sleep.

The hotel is located in a nice residential area. Very well maintained. I found the room, bed, and room very accommodating. The breakfast provided was above average with eggs, bacon, yogurt, muffins, etc. Would definitely stay here again if in that area.

We stayed two nights in Kennebunk at Port Inn and Suites. The condition of our room was disappointing. The carpet was filthy and there were at least 7 spiders all around the ceiling in our room (and more in the bathroom). In addition, the wood trim around the bathroom door looked as if a dog was left in there and tried to scratch his way out. On the brighter side, they did offer a nice continental breakfast and a nice area to eat. The pool looked nice and was still open, but we did not utilize it because it was a bit cool outside.

There were several corners of the bathroom that were moldy. We requested a daily refresh and the room was never vacuumed. We stayed here several years ago and had a wonderful time. Very disappointed with current condition of the rooms. We're not very hard people to please but we won't be returning.

I picked this hotel because it was close to downtown Kennebunk. We only stayed one night. We arrived in our room which is a decent size and found dirty dishes in the sink and some sort of food on the floor in front of kitchen counter. The room had carpeting on the floor that did not seem to have been washed in quite a while. Complimentary Breakfast is served from 7:00 - 10:00 am but when we arrived at 9:30 there was no more hot food left (Bacon, eggs and hashbrowns). The other food options were the normal items like bagels, muffins, Cheerios and Fruitloops. A few healthier choices would be nice. The staff was friendly.

Extra charge

On the Hotel.com website it stated my total costs including taxes for Port Inn and Suites Kennebunk however, when I checked in at the front desk I was charged an extra $10 which was a “Fee” that they charge! What’s up?
