It took over 20 minutes to check us in, and the desk clerk double-charged my bank account when we arrived. The room was clean, but no hot water (never resolved - my wife is disabled and needed a hot bath) and no bed covers (resolved), Had to hunt for staff twice - once when checking in and when we needed covers for our bed. The grounds were clean but the area outside of the groundswas not. Nice staff, but we will not return.

Staff were very nice and professional. I requested an early check in and also a room near the pool and the Manager was very accommodating, I felt she went above and beyond and even asked when I checked out if my stay went well. I definitely recommend this hotel .
