Loved it...would highly recommend it!

My family & I had a great time staying at Windsong for the week. The beach was beautiful, our room was spacious & nicely equipped, and overall the staff was courteous and helpful. Vernel at building four's beach access and Wilder the rooftop bartender in building four deserve special praise. Both of these guys provided exceptional service on several occasions and went out of their way to make our stay even more enjoyable. If the boss is reading this...Vernel & Wilder both deserve a BIG RAISE!!

We had such an amazing stay at this property with our family. It was the first time our 3 kids have been to e island, but my husband and I’s sixth. If you are wanting a peaceful and calm stay, this is a great place.

Villa Tropica was in a wonderful location, close to many excellent restaurants and shops. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, and is in a gated area which felt very safe. The kitchen was well equipped and the owner/manager were very gracious and accommodating when we needed to ask for additional towels. Emily was very thorough in explaining that the electricity is expensive and how we could control having additional charges. The pool area was a big hit with us and the beach chairs and towels provided were a great help for enjoying the beaches that were close by. We would definitely rent Villa Tropica again if we are lucky enough to return to Turks and Caicos!!

Everything was great about this property. The only (slight) issue I’d share was the poor WiFi connection around the property. Unfortunately, work was needed to be done while vacationing and it was difficult to connect even though I was right on property. From a vacationing perspective, the property is beautiful. Very relaxing space when you go during week.

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Our stay was made truly magical by Akeem. His warmth and attentiveness were unparalleled, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure every moment was perfect. From his prompt service to his thoughtful local recommendations and daily surprises, he anticipated our every need. He quickly became more than just staff; he became a cherished part of our family, and we miss him dearly. Akeem's extraordinary care is the primary reason we're planning our return. Our experience was truly exceptional. We will highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable getaway and we can't wait to book our return.
