This is a beautiful property in wonderful historic buildings. Beautifully decorated and furnished with one if the most comfortable beds we have slept in while traveling! While our room was not that large, it still had wonderful amenities and was extremely comfortable.

It is a very lovely boutique hotel. Conveniently located in downtown Lexington near the VMI campus. Taps restaurant has great food with outside dinning option.

This is a lovely historic place to stay. As such, there are some deficits, such as no elevators. However, there is a choice of restaurants in a wide price and style range, within a block or two. There are multiple shops. The entire downtown is kept in beautiful historic condition. It was definitely a place I will stay again.

Love, Love, Love The Georges. The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy and it is right in the middle of downtown. TAPS is great for breakfast and dinner. Overall amazing. We will stay there any chance we have when we visit Lexington!

We really enjoyed our overnight stay in the Georges. Beautiful room and ultra comfortable beds. Wonderful restaurant across the road serving delicious meals, also owned by the Georges. Wish we could have stayed longer.
