Worst place I’ve stayed at in some time. My names was wrong on the reservation. The WiFi didn’t work. Most of the wall outlets in my room were not functional. TV don’t even work. Staff was unconcerned in general. Wish I went somewhere else.

Loved the protected beach for the kids! On wavy days, logs washed in and once they were flipping on the shore, were a little dangerous with the waves. But don’t think that was Hilton’s issue as the beach is public. Overall, would stay here again for sure!!

I love the Hilton Garden Inn, the staff is so incredibly nice! The facilities need a little updating, we have been coming for years now, and its time. Having the restaurant there in the evening is greatly missed. Of course we will stay again, we love it!

The room I reserved was taken from us. We were apparently given an “upgrade” from the staff. The two bed , ocean view, was sold out. We received a cottage with one bed, and a sofa couch, with no ocean view. Only a view of a playground was outside our room. I had no desire to share a bed with a work associate that I was traveling with. When I asked the desk for room with two beds they said they were sold out . The staff told me that I had a sofa couch if I needed a second bed . The sofa couch was the thing nightmares are made of . It was full of potatoe chip crumbs and gum wrappers. The thin mat with the bar in the middle of the bed, gave me a night of painful sleep that I’ll never forget. The only compensation the hotel would offer was a free night of parking . At $400 a night , the last thing on my mind was the $25 parking fee. Hardly a compensation whatsoever. The staff was hardly helpful , and argumentative at my voicing my displeasure. The tiki bar was also a place to remember . We seated ourselves . I notified toe waitress where we were going to be sitting . She gave us two menus , and never paid mind to us again. We waited 15-20 minutes , and she never came to our table. She made eye contact and saw us waiting, but simply tefused to come to our table . Either too busy , or simply did not care . We ended up leaving to drive to another restaurant for service . Steer clear of the place . It is eye catching from the outside . However the staff is less than hospitable.

Easy accommodation for families. Huge playground in the back, protected ocean swimming, pools, my son was able to feed their koi fish and made a lei. Parking was extra at $25 a day. Free coffee in the mornings
