I had to arrive a day later than my original reservation due to work and even though i bought trip insurance i was not allowed by Expedia to modify my reservation. I called the hotel and they said i could check in over the phone, however when i arrived the next day they had marked me as a no show. The desk clerk was not friendly and said they had already rebooked my room. I showed my documentation and he finally gave me my room key. A little while later someone knocked on my door and before i could get to the door he unlocked it and walked in. He did apologize, but still unacceptable. He said they were checking if i was in the room. They seemed very confused. The room was nice and pretty clean and the view great, but i would not stay here again. The staff was not friendly at all.

The stay was nice and clean. There was a couple fixtures in the room that was missing parts like the sink drain stop and the toilet got plugged up easily but overall function of everything worked. Did wish they had a air conditioner in the room.

Great Stay at Siletz Bay
I love the room it was spacious and rooming with an ocean front view and a nice little porch to be able to walk out on and sit on. Bed was comfortable everything clean and abundance of towels in the bathroom and everything is very clean and neat and tidy. But above all was the quality of service given by Kim and by Melissa who just absolutely did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. I would also mention mention the day manager who when I showed up for breakfast late and all I really wanted was a cup of coffee anyway held everything out for me to eat if I so desired. The views of the bear spectacular it's close to everything to eat or drink and quite a bit of available parking

We arrived a little early and they allowed us to check in so we weren't hanging around until 4pm. The room was clean . Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was the normal waffles and oatmeal. But it was good and served the purpose. We would stay again for sure.

Older hotel, not a lot of extras but the location was amazing (right next to the beach) and they had the cutest little welcome packages for my two small dogs. The receptionist was super nice and went out of her way to help us (needed a wine opener and she had one). The place is dated but it seemed clean and again, the location really made up for it, especially with dogs who love the beach.

Pictures made the rooms look in much better shape than they are. Room seemed clean, and you could smell the cleaner. But the couch was stained, and the bathroom needs some major updates. Toilet was very low to the ground, shower curtain bar looked like it was going to fall off the wall, the shower head had horrible pressure, and the “hot” water never got past warm temp. Wish I would have looked closer at the pictures - it is not right on the ocean like I thought and we couldn’t hear the waves crashing. The front desk lady was very kind and efficient upon check in. The location was great. Parking lot is difficult in a big vehicle. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The location was amazing, breakfast was pretty much all bread products and fruit, which was challenging for someone with gluten issues. The water pressure was one of the worst I’ve experienced and the temperature took a while to figure out as the signage was opposite on the tap then it was. Overall for the price and being right on the water we were happy, but the breakfast, flooring and furniture was subpar.
