The pull out bed didn’t have any sheets are blankets. We purposely got a room to sleep 6. We had 3 towels in the bathroom (which is standard). However, I went to the front desk to get sheets and extra towels. I was informed they don’t have extra towels to give out. So 3 of us didn’t swim due to lack of towels and not being able to shower after.

It was a nice quiet and peaceful stay. I was finally able to get all 3 of my kids in the same place at the same time. They always enjoy swimming so that was a great perk for them and myself. I utilized the guest laundry facilities, for which i was grateful and satisfied with the price and cleanliness of the area. Their breakfast was absolutely amazing and worth getting up for. The other guests and staff were friendly and accommodating. I will refer everyone I know for their next stop through Lincoln!

Very much so on both. Waited to be checked in for about 10 min. Person very rude. Walks up what do you want? Really? Honest if we had not paid before hand we would have left!! Omg the pillows. Throw them away. Cause it was just like not having any at all. Should have had a raid. The hall was very bad burnt weed! Not going back
Good size tub. And had nice hot water. Had small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. And very thin small bar soap.
Toilet was very low like something in a pre-k school for little kids. Was hard to get up had no railing. Not good for older people or someone with an disability
Beds was ok. They was string bed and little lumpy. But the pillow needed to be throw away. They was so flat. Had 2 per bed and still need at least 1-2 more to get the size of a cheap Walmart pillow.
Didn’t care for the colors. Dark blue with very light blue/grey color bathroom door and frame was panted black.

The room was decent, the wifi is debatable it cuts in and out frequently. The front desk guy is rude. The lady is very nice.
