The Lobby Host was amazingly Nice. Once we were in room the Extra security latch was broken off on door hinge, which caused some concern about privacy and safety in various reasons given that we were tourists from City for the Fall Foliage. Went to notify front desk and even though host was busy and had other guests to attend to, he calmly said maintenance will be at our room shortly to address the issue. Fifteen minutes or so later older gentleman and younger gentleman came and replaced and repaired latch and problem was resolved. Very friendly workers and Owners. Would recommend To stay there just based off their hospitality.

when you book a non smoking room and the room right next to you is outside smoking, whats the point and also staff should not be smoking by your room so you can smell it.

The property was very convenient to Flume Gorge. Clean room. We enjoyed the pool and spa, but my husband was very disappointed the sauna was not working. Breakfast was adequate & comparable to other properties.

This hotel was very clean. The beds were comfy and the breakfast at the resort was exceptional. At check in, we were given a map of various places, including restaurants nearby. This info was very helpful for those who do not know the area.

Very clean, with well kept grounds. Complimentary breakfast included sausage, eggs, and waffle station. Staf. Was very accommodating! My girlfriend surprised me by upgrading our room to a private cabin w/hot tub, and had a bottle of champagne waiting for us when we got there. She also arranged for us to stay an extra night. Minor complaints: on site tavern is closed, but it looks like they are renovating it. Also, no guide for the TV, so you had to just run up and down the channels. Overall, though, a great experience and we will definitely stay there again.
