Fantastic rooms and wonderful service but use of the pool (spa) is an additional cost that doesn’t make sense if you just want to go for a quick relaxing swim.

Great staff made this an enjoyable stay. The hotel is a little out of the main centre but is extremely clean and has everything most people want. The only observation I have is the charge for using the indoor pool - seems a little out of kilter where other places I’ve been.

Room was clean and tidy staff were friendly and helpfull enjoyed the rooftop bar one thing I think they could improve on though the room was cleaned every day they did not replenish the tea and coffee or milk

if you want to use the metro train system, the hotel is next to two entrances. This was a big plus. Amenities, were fair; i.e. Gym, pool, Bar, and restaurant. Breakfast options each morning were fine. The selections were also nice. No issues with Walking around the city, or property location. There were several other Dinner Locations, i.e. Provincia (awesome, to the right of the Hotel on the corner), Galeto (6 mins), and Copo De Mar (6 mins). All in All - Property was good, Staff were super helpful - awesome group.
