I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Little Rock area. The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean. Bartender that served us both nights made the best old fashioned I’ve ever had. Food was excellent for breakfast. The only thing we didn’t like was that Expedia did not disclose that parking was extra, but this was minor. We will definitely stay here again.

Dirty room
Room was disgusting when we first entered. Couch was torn, 2 huge brown stains in the floor and they were several roaches and lady bugs in the bathroom. I was so dissatisfied because i always stay at embassy and never had these issues. I went to front desk to explain my discomfort in hope of getting put in a different room but all the front desk receptionist told me she could do was add points to my hilton honors account and give complimentary parking. I was very disappointed and confused but continued my stay because there was nothing else near by for me to book for the holiday.

Its fine but needs a little TLC
Staff was friendly, rooms were poorly kept. Animal pee stains on floor, dog food bits on floor, and what looked like chalk stains on the carpet. Cabinets had trim falling off. Trash from previous tenant also found. Place just feels way over due for a remodel and some major restoration.

We were rented a molded room and I still have yet to speak with management.. it's been 3 weeks and I've called and left messages.. my son's asthma gave us the blues.. not only that the pipes burst again on the same floor as we were checking out.. horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!

Just what we needed
Overall, the stay was great mostly due to the service we received when we did need anything. Employees are very friendly and worked quickly to fix anything we found not working properly. My only complaint would be with house keeping as our body wash and conditioner was completely empty.

They charged me an extra $15 on top of the Expedia reservation amount with no explanation. (I was too stressed with hospital visits to follow up on ). Proximity to baptist health is important to us They do not enforce parking rules for EV cars and random cars parked in EV spaces stop us from using the chargers overnight

The staff here is amazing, food is pretty good and breakfast is really good! It's just getting really dated and in desperate need of remodel. Stains in carpet, paint off door facings, furniture literally falling apart, bed wobbled every time I moved. Could be awesome but room just does not feel very clean. I would not even walk barefoot because carpet looked so dirty.
