Fair for the price
Hotel was fair for the price. The couch in our room looked like it was from the 1970's but the bed was pretty comfy. There was a smell in the room that was stale, bathroom could use some remodeling. It's just an old building, I get it but needs some upgrades and maintenance.

Label the entrance!
Office not labeled, drove around building before returning to 'POP' machines at entrance. Car parked in entrance driveway but no one checking in at desk. Payment in advance did not go thru, paid at check-in. Came back later, could not find light switch (behind door). One switch by door turned on "sink mirror light", 2nd one nearest door, did nothing we could determine. Fridge cycled every ~15 min. Noisy enough to tell. Breakfast was acceptable. Office not labeled

Friendly Staff but Poorly Maintained Facility
The only time the room was serviced was when I took a list of items to be preformed to the front desk. Trash was not emptied, towels not replaced, bed not made, floors not vacuumed. Breakfast room not maintained. Numerous items empty. Counters uncleaned. No one assigned to the room during breakfast hours. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. The just needed to be managed...

It was a place to sleep while visiting relatives so we weren't expecting much. Really cool covered pool on the property and very nice staff. However the room reeked so bad of cigarette smoke we had to keep the window open, the bed had a lot of stains on the outside cover and the hotel chair was so dirty we didn't touch it. Other than that it did it's job!

There was orange mold in the shower area. Light fixture in bathroom broken, wrong light bulb, very dark. Could hardly see to take a shower. Fan in bath very noisy and doesn't even work. Couldn't adjust the shower water temp, the faucet wouldn't move one way or the other. Light in ceiling in main area doesn't work. The chair in the room was very dirty. Fridge had a huge ice block around the "freezer" Remote for heater/AC didn't work. The Heater/AC is very loud. Hall ways and stairs were visibly dirty. The deadbolt on the door wouldn't latch. Door must be skiwampus so it wouldn't work. Other super 8's were much better than this property. I checked in on line so I wouldn't have to wait, but I had to wait for 3 guests to check in the slow way before I could just get my room key. So much for pre-check in to "save time" The price for this property was too high for the condition of the room. Won't stay here again.
