Room was good breakfast bar was fantastic. There was a wedding party booked next to the room and they partying till 230 in the morning when I had to go out and tell them to be quiet. There was attempts to contact front desk staff and all other numbers on the phone e and nobody answered to assist. Very disappointing as they woke up the kids and kept them up for a bit. I booked this hotel as it is a conference centre too which should be a more professional clientele. Was not happy, very disappointed no staff answered any call to help!!!!

From the moment we walked in, the concierge, the cleanliness of the lobby, breakfast area and room, all were exactly what we had hoped to have in our stay. Wonderful, friendly staff, great customer service 10/10 would stay again and would recommend to anyone!
