AC Hotel
Very nice place for the price, the service could have been a bit better, I requested an early check in which they granted, tbey advised they would call me once ready, my room was ready for hours but they never contacted me, I had to call back so i was killing time spending money for nothing 😀. The remote in the room did not work and the soap dispenser was empty, other than that its a nice spot with a rooftop bar 👍

Hotel was awesome. Staff, even better. We loved the room. However, in the morning after using the bathroom, I opened the sliding glass door and as I walked out the door stopped at the end of the track and broke and fell on me, hitting my head and body on my right side. the glass shattered all over me. I was bleeding from my ear and went to urgent care, and there I had a shard of glass from my ear. Your staff was great. However you need to replace all of those doors. If it was a child or an elderly person they may have been hurt much worse.

Property was clean. Location was in semi-industrial area and not easy to find, especially after dark. Been to many large cities & understand parking is limited in downtown areas. This hotel was in a suburb and the $34 per night was excessive. My room key didn’t work to get into self-parking as I was directed by front desk staff. Disappointed.
