I had a great stay at this property! Its location near the airport is incredibly convenient, and the shuttle service made transportation a breeze. There are plenty of dining options nearby, which added to the overall experience. Highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

This property is super convenient when arriving at LAX, staff is very professional and welcoming. Some upgrades to walls and carpets are evident. Housekeeping should wait until checkout time to knock on doors unless obviously checked out. Room coffee could be stronger - French brew - you can always water down if too much. Front desk and breakfast and bar service - very good!! Overall lovely!

The property was a 10 but our room was extremely warm. The system did not seem to be working properly. No matter what we did with the thermostat, the room was very warm. We slept with the window/door open for air.

It was A pleasant stay, comfortable bed, just a basic room. The information card on the phone with all of the departments and all of the information about the hotel was missing so I didn’t know what numbers to push for room service and all of that.. the hotel information was not available on the TV when I got there. My room smelled of smoke, so I got air freshener from the housekeeping, and they were very gracious to give it to me to take care of that. I can’t say much about the amenities because I didn’t use any of them at the hotel. I would like to mention is that the parking is $50 per night which is very pricey for the area and for the surface parking lot.. this hotel is basically no-frills, but it is nice and it is a part of the Marriott Bonvoy hotels for which I am a member. The staff was very pleasant, accommodating and nice. The check-in and checkout process was super easy plus they offered you to do the check out through the via the TV. That was a nice touch. The bathroom was nice and the shower was super nice.

Very friendly staff and clean property. The noise transmission from room to room and room to hallway is what my three star rating is based on. The rooms are nice enough, I just wish there was better noise isolation. Even so, I slept comfortably and it was a good stay overall.

I have a very good time in this hotel with my family. It offers everything I need: good location, the hotel was clean, my bedroom was very clean and the pillows and bed were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Our room’s ac wouldn’t work, so it was hot through out the night. We had to crack the door in order to get some type of breeze. Thankfully, the staff took care of us for the inconvenience.

The property is good and the it's easy to go shopping or dinning in this area. Airport shuttle is running every 30 minutes which is very helpful. Shower was very good, but there was no place to hang your towers around the sink area. The AC was very old in our room. We stayed one night for a few hours to catch the earliest plane so we requested for a quite room but the room temperature went up after a few hours and the AC made a big noise like a tractor. So, we had to turn it off to get some sleep. Of course the room was really cool when we got up early morning. Also, the place to hang our jackets was very small. Overall, the room didn't worth the money I paid. Will not stay in this place next time.
