The hotel charged us an additional 21$ per person USD to help even out the wages for the workers there. They advertise that it is a close walk to Universal Studios - which it is not. No view and the street it is located on is dirty. Noise travels through the floors so we heard kids stomping all night and can hear voices travelling up and down the hallways

It’s a very cute hotel and was close to the venue we needed to go to. The beds were uncomfortable, as were the pillows. Only the hand shower attachment worked in the shower and the water was scalding hot.

The property was nice from afar. None of the outlets in our rooms worked except for the one closest to the window where there was no mirror. There was no shampoo but there were 3 bottles of conditioner in the shower, the walls were quite thin. We could hear our neighbors talking, laughing, sneezing, and their cell phone notifications. The bed was quite soft and we could definitely feel a divet in the middle of the bed. The shower was great though! It was conveniently located near Universal but if you're not a walker that hill will tire you out before your day even starts.

It was passable for an overnight stay. It is lacking in amenities for anything longer than that. Hotel was under renovations at the time of stay, so amenities which were advertised for the booked room were not available. Staff was prompt to address the concerns, however it should not be additional to charge for parking given the limited space and the unsafe area the hotel is located in. For what is being charged, it should be included with your stay.

It was okay…
First off let’s start with the good. It’s close like walking distance to universal. Which is why we picked it and it’s very clean. Now that being said the “shuttle” you have to walk to. It’s not something that comes to the hotel like I thought. Also charging 55$ a day to park your car! Is crazy to me! Like on top of already staying. There the extra charge is just something I never. Would’ve thought would be extra smh. For sure we will stay somewhere else after spending. A little over 1400 you would think I could park my car there. That would all be included in everything. The staff was very sweet and our stay was decent. Just irritated about the whole care thing to be honest.
