Helpful staff. A front desk gentleman helps me with July 4th concert and firework searching and print it out for me. He is tall and courteous. He keeps my request in mind until he found the answer. I did not know his name. I arrived on July 4th 4pm in Burbank Courtyard. Please say thank you for me again if Courtyard find him.

It would be nice if you offered a shuttle to and from Burbank Airport. The cab drivers aren’t too happy (kinda rude) as they don’t make much on this route.
