My overall rating is three stars because I called in advance if we can have an early check in, they told me yes. We got there late (thought I was going to be there early but didn’t) our check in time was 4pm, our room wasn’t ready until 4:18pm sure it was a small wait but, definitely wish they would take care of the parking at least for the inconvenience. The room looked dirty but, the beds were clean. Also, their toilet was loose? The air condition worked great! I don’t know if I would stay again. 50/50 chance

The best hotel I have stayed in, in the Los Angeles Area. Really close to stores, there's a little traffic, but the location is convenient.

Great stay. Traveled with 3 kids and 2 adults. Room was big enough for us all. Hot breakfast and complimentary drinks at the bar was a plus. Rooms and property were clean and tidy. Only negative is bathroom was very small.

This would be my third stay at this property. The other two times were great! This time,one of the front desk gals was rude and the other girl was okay! Not very friendly. We had to be moved because there was not hot water, and the shower was clogged. the second room did not have a balcony which wasn't the worst. But the restrooms have mold! and that for me is not worth coming back. Which is unfortunate because I realy liked this place. perhaps some remodeling in the restrooms would be nice.
