I love El Segundo being close to the beaches and close to LAX. Extended Stay America is my first choice for a place to stay with its consistent quality of accommodations, friendly and responsive staff, convenient parking and numerous choices close by for dining and entertainment.

flop house of the 1930's
The carpet was DIRTY!!!! You could see the stains in the dark. They offer pots and pans at the front desk, but when I looked them they were dirty, so I didn't take them. In the other room my sister slept on top of the covers with her coat on because she said it smelled she didn't feel good about sleeping under the covers. They didn't provide soap/tissue in the bathrooms or any other hotel amenities and didn't know that the front desk would give you those things when you checked in. So, we went to the store and later found out that you had to ask for soap and tissue. I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't provide a bar of soap or tissue. This felt like a flop house of the 1930's.
