Good service. Noisy AC.
Check in was smooth and receptionist was very friendly. The room AC was very loud and the bed could’ve used an additional heavy blanket. The front desk person explained that the AC’s were all being upgraded. In the meantime, she couldn’t change my room as they were full but she gave me 10,000 points as a token of an apology.

Nice lobby area, plenty of food options nearby & close to freeway if driving. Overall staff very friendly, but housekeeping staff did not speak English, so had a few issues trying to communicate re extra needs :( Images on Expedia were much better than reality. Hotel needs more maintenance - aircon broke 1st night in hot weather & bath/ shower didn’t drain well- we reported on departure. Rooms small & our balcony room looked at back of another hotel & service driveway, not very nice view. Included breakfast was ok, but not great. Unfortunately wouldn’t stay again.

Another Great Stay
Second great stay this month. As always I appreciate the friendly staff, luggage storage, and plentiful breakfast buffet. I also appreciated the baggage scale at the front desk. I spent an hour or so relaxing at the outdoor fire pit this visit too.

The AC and sound machine CHANGED the game for me!! Seriously such a great amenity and a heated pool!! Airport shuttle is easy and staff is friendly. Rooms are typical and I wish housekeeping came everyday BUT we had a 10/10 experience and will be coming back! Clean, quiet, and perfect.

Bad smell in room
The room had a terrible smell, like mold or vomit. I tried to contact the front desk to change rooms, but it was after midnight and nobody answered. They had an air filter in the room so the smell wasn't as bad when i slept, but it was noisy so i still couldn't sleep. Also, back sliding glass door would not work. I asked for a discount and hope it will be significant because I couldn't sleep because of the smell. It was better but still there the next morning.

It was good, the corridor smelled like smoke which wasn’t nice. And the shuttle toke an hour to pick us up. The worst part wasn’t waiting for it, as there was an accident, but the communication because nobody said anything about the delay till I complained. The room was good and breakfast was good
