It was fine. Breakfast was good. In the room there was a bottle of water beside the coffee maker. I assumed it was complimentary just like the coffee usually is in other establishments. To my surprise when I was emailed the receipt, I was charged 12.00 plus tax for it. Seems a bit greasy. Warning…there is a 7-11 across the street where I’m sure water is much less expensive

This hotel is very humid and stuffy. When I arrived the windows in the room were all open, which made me a bit nervous at first, especially because I was alone. But, I soon realized once they were closed that it was because the room became warm and humid, and the AC worked poorly. I booked this hotel because of the airport shuttle, which was great, and because they offered breakfast, which was also great. It was also more affordable than many others.

When we got into town, we had to call for the shuttle 5 times! They finally arrived, but they were so late that we missed our dinner reservations. The staff at the hotel did not some to care, or try to make it up to us.

Good place to stay. Shuttle was convenient, but be aware that it services multiple hotels. Plan ahead of time and make sure you give yourself a buffer. We almost missed our flight waiting for the shuttle to the airport during a busy morning. Not only is the shuttle busy, the whole hotel is. Breakfast had great options, but there were so many people there at 7:30am I was getting stressed out. But the blueberry compote on top of fresh waffles made it worth it. But the elevator was the smallest thing I’d ever seen. You could squeeze two people with carryons but that’s it. You might have to wait a bit for an elevator to empty before you can even get in. The room felt a fine size to me. Comfortable beds, balcony, shower, all that was nice. But the hotel lobby, breakfast area, shuttle, and elevators were very crowded. The staff were all very kind and helpful throughout the stay. I would stay here again now that I am more aware of how busy it can get. I like to be mentally prepared before I travel.
