Perfectly fine hotel. Good breakfast. Convenient location. In-n-out burger and a grocery store and Starbucks across the street. Shuttle was fast and convenient. The hotel bar was insanely expensive though. $22 for a basic cocktail. And the tub had a broken drain but worked fine otherwise. Would stay again.

Clean room, friendly staff that addressed our minor issue promptly and in the appropriate manner Larry at front desk), clean room and it was a much quieter rest than I expected due to close to the airport. Shuttle is great, appreciated that. Wish we could have stayed a bit more to try the pool and breakfast!

Our second stay in less than 3 weeks. Staff was great, breakfast was very good. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the condition of the tub in the bathroom. There was mildew in the caulking around the tub. This is easy to fix and there is no excuse for it.

incredible customer service 24 hours a day. convenient shuttle to LAX, easy parking, comfy rooms, and they even had to go breakfast bags available for those leaving before breakfast opens. Coming from Riverside County, i hate flying out of LAX, but this is the way to go now! Made it so easy and comfortable.
