From a housekeeping perspective, this property was great. Very clean inside. Great breakfast with helpful staff and options. Arrived early based on an email before checking in only to sit and wait three hours. Rooms were ready but I was never notified as other guest had checked in. This event alone set the tone for our stay. The outside of the property needs major renovation - some areas looked unsafe with missing balcony parts. As a Bonvoy member, I was disappointed and expected better.

Nothing as I expected for a Marriott hotel. Everything is so outdated. The smoke alarm kept beeping, very annoying. When I called front desk was told security guard would be to take care of it.

Property is run down. Not worth the money we paid at booking. Room was dirty. Room had no working AC. No solutions were offered. We cancelled and went to the Sheraton Gateway nearby for the same money. Much nicer there.

The room was nice and clean, but the hallways desperately needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. The worst part of my stay was that I got to my room about 10 pm after 24 hours of travel, including an over-Pacific flight so I was ready to shower and go to bed. I tried turning on the AC, but it didn’t work. I called the front desk and a maintenance man came and also determined it wasn’t working. After not hearing anything after about 15 minutes, I again called the front desk, and was put in hold. After 15 minutes on hold, I was disconnected. Finally, I trudged down to the front desk and asked to be put into another room. At about 11;00 pm, I was in a room, at last, with air conditioning and was able to get some rest. So, maybe this is an unfortunate event that doesn’t usually happen, but I should have been moved immediately. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was good, and I used the fitness center in the morning.

Everything was good except the rooms and hallways looked really old and our room's AC wasn't really working and was not cold enough causing the room to be high in humidity and smelling like a really old building with moulds.
