The front desk people were very rude. Both of the people who handled us from check in and check out. I dont know why. Maybe they were just not friendly. I cant help but compare because the people in hampton inn anaheim were super friendly and nice to us. Maybe its the area.

I stay there 2 days and they did not clean the room. I understand it is Christmas day, but when we ask front desk and they said we put "do not disturb" sign. It is ridiculous.

Great Staff!
We arrived just before 6pm and they were putting out freshly baked cookies and milk which made my kids very happy. They were really good. The staff was so nice and friendly. The check in was quick. They had a little shop with frozen meals and snacks. After traveling all day we didn’t want to go out so we just grabbed some lasagne and burritos to microwave in the room. They even had plates and silverware. The room was good sized and included a fridge and microwave. We went down to spend some time in the hot tub. The pool area was cute and it was all clean. The breakfast in the morning was really good. The kids enjoyed the waffles and toppings and we really liked the eggs and potatoes. Definitely will stay here again!

Staff is not friendly! No smile at all. Smile can ease the costumer tiredness especially when they came from far places. There must be notification on the web that there is no free parking when you reserved the room. Honor member should be free parking. Just saying.

Great location for us. Walking distance to family home. Valet service is always top notch and the kitchen staff works hard to keep up with demand at breakfast hours. Whenever we travel to Burbank…this is the hotel of choice.
