Our room was amazing with a great view. We normally dont like staying inside the hotel but this one was so cozy and beautifull we actually had a date night in the room. We loved seeing how everyone came together to help those in need during the palisades fire. Truly a beautifull thing to witness. Will definitely be staying here from now on during our LA visit

The staff were very unprofessional. One didn’t have a name badge, had a poor attitude and was wearing a hoodie. I needed help with transportation to the airport and he was so unhelpful, offered no solutions. The towels were stained and the tub looked painted over. It worked for an overnight near the airport with shuttle service except it’s one of the few hotels that doesn’t offer 24 hour shuttle service. Most others in the area do. More than anything, the staff need training ok professionalism and improved customer service.

I was not happy with staffing and no assistance was offered or given. I was also not pleased with my stay in Boca Raton Florida. Nick Hilton is turning in his grave, this brand is going down to the bottom. Been staying at Hilton since 2008, may not be interested any more
