The main downfall is the parking garage. I have a broken leg & it doesn’t have an elevator! Everytime there was no ground parking & we had to go to level 2 or 3, I had to get dropped off & then wait for my partner to park & come to the hotel.

I am a IHG One Rewards Member (Member #396756918) and members are allowed to check out late at 2:00 p.m. subject to room availability. I already rebooked the same room for one more day when I made a new one day reservation through Expedia. My room was still available, but the lady at the front called my room and demanded that I go downstairs to check out at 1:00 p.m. and then check in to the same room again for my new Expedia reservation. That demand was was unnecessary and annoying. I paid to use the room and still had more time before late check out. I absolutely love staying at this hotel. The parking garage is very clean and secure. I love the late checkout being a rewards member. I was also able to check in early. I was only there for a day for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. The stuff was amazing and the room was very clean.
