Only positives were friendly staff and bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, our stay was unpleasant. First night could not sleep. The listing said the rooms are soundproof, first thing listed on the booking. The person staying above us literally paced all night and sounded like they were coming through the floor. Didn’t get any sleep. The heated pool was not heated, and is not a pool, but a jacuzzi, it wasn’t working. No microwave by the way or even one on site to use. Also a sketchy boarded up and tagged building with squatters right next door and the view right outside your room window.

We enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel decor was delightful, and the room was very comfortable. Since there is no restaurant on the property, they may wish to consider adding microwaves in the guest rooms for those wanting a warm meal without having to go out or order takeout. Also, recommend changing the word "pool" to "oversized hot tub" so not to deceive anyone expecting to swim. Still enjoyable, but not a pool.

We appreciate that we were allowed to check-in in the late evening with no problems. The customer service was so welcoming and nice! Best personalities I’ve seen at any hotel! The hotel is modern and super clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I am definitely coming back!
