My girlfriend and I stayed here for our trip while visiting Universal Studios. We had an exceptional time at this hotel. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, had excellent attitudes, and provided amazing service. The hotel was in a great area in close proximity to the park for uber to be very affordable, the staff recommended us a great restaurant right next to the hotel where we got a discount for staying at the hotel. I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff is here! At all hours of the day they are friendly and helpful.

They have a parking structure for parking. Was worried about getting our pickup truck into the structure and Don(from guest services) personally came outside and made sure we could fit. Excellent customer service!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean, and quiet. Be aware that parking in the garage (under hotel) was easy but it was an extra $25 a night. There is a beautiful lounge with free coffee and tea and water all day, a fitness room that my husband took advantage of, and a hot tub that I absolutely loved. There Is an outdoor patio that is well furnished and even has space heaters for when it gets a little cooler. The room was comfortable and absolutely loved the bed. We stayed five days and would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone. We chose it because of the amenities in the location to my son whom we were visiting. There is a great little breakfast place across the street called Hugos restaurant… We ate there twice for breakfast and the food was excellent. Also, the hotel it is next to The 101 so easy access yet it was extremely quiet so you didn’t know it.

Clean and new ish property. I wish the elevators from the parking lot require room key and any kind of security feature. Any one can enter the hotel without room card. I also hope the parking credit is per night instead of per reservation. I could have booked separate reservations to get the parking credit.

In a quiet area but close to Starbucks and gas stations and restaurants. Hotel was very clean and rooms are large. Parking on site and easy.

The rooms were nice and the property is located close to the highway for easy access. It's about a 10 minute drive to Universal Studios and had a grocery store nearby so the location was convenient. The front desk staff was very nice. We had the fire alarm go off at 3am during our stay which was unfortunate but we know it's not the fault of the hotel. The only feedback was the lack of communication from the hotel staff on when we were allowed to return to our rooms; there was no communication from the staff and we only went back in once we saw other guests do so. Overall, happy with our stay.

Nice place in studio city area
