Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I was surprised at the condition of the room, walls were dirty, shelves and side tables where we put our items, wall fixtures, switches, the top of the a/c were all filthy. We wiped down everything with Clorox wipes and Sanitizer! Then again we cleaned everything that I am sure had hidden filth that we could not see, door, door knobs, headboard, remote…toilet and toilet seats, the BR counter and fixtures, small inconvenience but we’re talking Customer service. Put on a toilet seat that fits the toilet, flushing handle only takes one plastic nut that keeps the handle from falling and not allowing the water to continuously run, toilet paper holder, use some glue, fix the main door to open and close properly and make the customer feel safer. We never had anyone or any employee ask if we needed anything, never had any ask if they could clean or refresh the room, but when we did ask they were not willing or able to help. Rooms in the area of this location would have to be sold out completely to consider returning to this location.
