It’s an older hotel but what makes up for it is their staff. We got there in the evening and were greeted by a very lovely gentleman and throughout our stay the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

This was a basic motel, fine for the price. But not in great condition. There were cracks in the flooring, and some other small issues like low quality towels. But the location is great, in that it's a 7 minute drive from central Burbank and nice restaurants and shopping areas.

Very clean and comfortable, but not the ritz.

The room was comforatable,but a little warn down (sad how people treated the accomodations, guests should be more considerate.) The beds were warm, comfortable and pretty. The lighting was a little blue/cold, but bright enough to see. It was immaculalately clean.

Barely average place, with a nice staff.

It was over-priced for the location on a new years eve over-night stay, but that was expected. The staff was very friendly, but it's not a place I would stay long term. It was fine for a shower, and a one night stay.

Very friendly welcome, comfortable bed, very clean and good selection for breakfast. A great place for us to stay as a stopover. Parking right outside our room. The room is a little basic so don’t expect luxury!

Nice and easy motel

Very nice stay. Room is very clean and well taken care of. We stayed two days and they cleaned the room after the first day. It's an older motel, remodeled nicely. Well furnished. Directv. Refrigerator and microwave. No coffee in the room, but they have small breakfast service each morning. Typical continental type breakfast. Very easy to park and walk to you room, usually right in front of your room. Good place to stay for a few days.

I was there for two days of universal so I really can’t rate the surrounding area. Hotel was good and the breakfast from 7 to 9:30 am had a lot options. Water, orange juice, and something else I can’t remember that pours from a machine plus coffee or tea you can get til 2 am. There was a Starbucks close by but also a lot of other options to eat at around the area. I would definitely consider staying here again.

my 4th stay

This was my fourth stay. Whenever I visit family in Burbank I always stay here. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are lovely, spacious. There has been upgrading and remodeling done over the years. Continental breakfast had many good options. The facilities were all clean and well kept. Location is great!
