Nice and easy motel
Very nice stay. Room is very clean and well taken care of. We stayed two days and they cleaned the room after the first day. It's an older motel, remodeled nicely. Well furnished. Directv. Refrigerator and microwave. No coffee in the room, but they have small breakfast service each morning. Typical continental type breakfast. Very easy to park and walk to you room, usually right in front of your room. Good place to stay for a few days.

I was there for two days of universal so I really can’t rate the surrounding area. Hotel was good and the breakfast from 7 to 9:30 am had a lot options. Water, orange juice, and something else I can’t remember that pours from a machine plus coffee or tea you can get til 2 am. There was a Starbucks close by but also a lot of other options to eat at around the area. I would definitely consider staying here again.

my 4th stay
This was my fourth stay. Whenever I visit family in Burbank I always stay here. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are lovely, spacious. There has been upgrading and remodeling done over the years. Continental breakfast had many good options. The facilities were all clean and well kept. Location is great!

We had a pleasant experience with the staff, who were friendly and provided great service. The exterior of the property is well-maintained and inviting. However, the room itself was a bit disappointing—it felt somewhat run-down and could have been cleaner. Overall, it’s an okay hotel that could benefit from a little TLC to bring it up to its full potential.

Property very clean , nice updated bathroom, furnishings data and in need of being updated. Bed is comfortable. Antonio, staff who checked me in was superb. Very concerned that everything was ok. Asking several times if there was anything else he could do for me. Very customer oriented. It is very obvious management cares about providing the best experience possible. I would definitely stay again.

The service was great. Staff was so nice. It was just an older building without many upgrades. A little dated. The shower pipes are incredibly noisy and i was afraid the would burst thru the wall. It was fine for a last minite place to stay but not great if youre going to spend time in the room.

A nicely situated budget motel. Location means that if you don't have a car, you may be a bit isolated from anything super exciting at first, but if you have one, or want to find another means of transit, it's a good starting point, for sure. Staff are friendly and responsive. Place itself has clearly seen better days - the faucet for example was leaking all over itself whenever we opened the valve, but it was clean, comfortable enough, and hospitable in a way we both appreciated. If you're okay with some obvious wear and tear in exchange for a reliably pleasant experience, I think you'd like it here.
