Great breakfast. Great pool area and solid workout area. Lots of stuff to do at the hotel (eg, free personal training consult, large pool area with dining service, hot tub, nightly movies). Hourly free trolley-bus to Universal and a nearby metro station.

Great location. Easy access to freeway and Universal Studios . The Front Yard restaurant on the property is incredible. We ate there 5 or 6 times and went for late night Happy Hour which began at 11pm. Just loved the feeling of cozy and friendly environment. The hostesses were fantastic and Kyle was the best!

love love love the stay , i was check in an hour late , that's was my only inconvenience . other than that valet was amazing customer service as well . The gym was defenfilty put to use , laundry option was amazing as well . had to have a drink and the bar , and in my stay their were playing a movie in the pool area beetle juice while being able to get a drink or order tacos

We loved everything about our stay. The location is perfect, just a short distance from Universal Studios, making it super convenient for our visit. Nice ambience, poor staffing, particularly in the restaurant. Room on check in wasn't ready for occupancy. Unmade beds, towels on floor, etc. Restaurant manager demanded we leave because daughter had her small dog on lap. Claimed it was a health code issue, though it is not.
