Five stars for the historic nostalgia that the ship offers. However, it is old and could use some upgrading. Someone would say no because it would ruin the historic feeling. I think it would be nice for them to fix it up, but also keep that same feel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable and the nostalgia/history was great. We would have appreciated the heads up about the music that played in the evening through midnight. Being made aware of the earplugs ahead of the next morning would have made it a true win.

Not for us. Prefer more up to date hotel. It was fine because of its proximity to the cruise port. The room was warm, they brought a fan that was iffy, had to fidget with buttons to make it work. No regular milk at the coffee bar on first day or the next before we checked out. They said they offer a shuttle to cruise port but when we inquired were told they do have it but only when someone is available to do so. Was told we could just walk around the black netting containing the Halloween fair. Again, not a horrible stay but just not for us.

Staff were great. I noticed that portion of Halibut & the vegetables was smaller than previously, in the Chowder Room. The Grey Ghost cocktail also appeared to a smaller measure as well. Alex in the Chowder Bar was great, served decent measures.

upon checkin we were told that it would be fee for our pet dog to stay. When we booked thru Expedia nothing was mentioned about a fee. Please note other hotels on Expedia did state a charge for pets. This did not. I don't see how the Queen Mary is Pet friendly as they have NO accommodations or amaneties for pets.
