Our stay at the Queen Mary was so much fun! I loved being on the ship, learning about her history! Our room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The bar is iconic, so cool, loved the art deco feel and felt like stepping back in time honestly. Breakfast at the Promenade Cafe was yummy with a beautiful view of the water and Long Beach. I'll definitely come back!

Fun Night Before A Cruise

We were simply staying one night before boarding a cruise. The Queen Mary was a fun way to start the cruise. We took the 2 hour ghost tour, which was fun but didn't go to many more places than you can access on your own with a self-guided tour of the hotel. We did not experience anything paranormal. We stayed in an interior cabin and it was larger than we were expecting. The Queen Mary was having a Halloween event, but we did not have any noise issues in our stateroom.

When you pay good money, your handicapped and only 1 elevator is in operation and staffs answer to you when you question the status of fixing the elevators and their response is " It takes money to fix it"....well that says it all

Room was as expected, beds were what you would expect of hotel beds, we were on the harbor side of the ship so could not hear the carnival going on, on the other side. Food was good, was a bit pricey. Tours closed early so we did not get to experience those.

The Queen Mary was a wonderful experience and a great way to step back into the golden era of cruise ships. The ship retains many of its original details, truly transporting you to the 1920s. Our room was appropriately sized for the type of accommodation and featured a bay window. During our stay we had access to key areas of the ship. I appreciate how well they’ve preserved the ship’s original design and tied everything to its rich history. The staff were very helpful, both at the front desk and in the shops and gift stores. Overall, it’s a unique and nostalgic experience that’s definitely worth a visit.

We stayed on Saturday, just me and my husband. The room was clean and very roomy. We stayed in the delux king with harber view. The entire boat is clean and well kep. We enjoyed our ghost hunting experience. We loved Sunday brunch on the ship. The food was great. We plan to return with the kids in December.

We stayed here because it was walkable to the carnival cruise terminal. This hotel was the best hotel we ever stayed at. It’s the Queen Mary ship we got to explore the whole ship from the sundeck to the engine room. Some say it’s haunted. Weird thing we did the haunted tour my husband lost his bottle of water somewhere on the tour we woke up in the morning are carpet was soaking wet near his suitcase. I think that the ghost were returning his water! The food was outstanding, shops on board made you feel like you were on a cruise. I want to book my next cruise out of that port so I can go back to that awesome hotel!
