The property is run down and in poor condition. Some staff are helpful. Other staff are surly and unhelpful. The food is subpar and not worth the price. Likewise drinks are overpriced. The historical exhibits are interesting.

The stuff are courteous. The place is out of date, as it should, but functional. It made us feel like we are back in time. We loved it and the attractions. Plus...... they have so many ev charging station. Food is awesome too!

The ADA room was far from dining . The room was cold- we asked for temp increase and got an extra blanket. The room phone was broken- we asked twice for a replacement and were told a new one was coming- never got it. Desk staff was friendly

The staff at the restaurants were horrible. They took about 20 minutes to come take our drink order then took another 30 to come back with anything. The waitress was also rude. When we ordered ice cream from the Togo area they gave us the wrong flavor. The two workers were too busy gossiping to pay attention.

All I can say is there is nothing like staying on a historic ship. It was a great adventure!!! Staff were super friendly and full of information. Dining options were great and the bar was fun with live music. A perfect place to stay before cruising on a modern cruise ship.
