Great view, spacious room — but what truly makes this stay exceptional is the staff! Everyone here was incredible. They genuinely specialize in hospitality, which feels like a lost art in today’s world. The customer service went far beyond anything I expected or have experienced in recent years. Karla at the front desk gave me the best check-in ever — she went above and beyond, so friendly and pleasant! Every staff member in the café was also outstanding, providing the same warm and attentive service throughout my stay. You have an amazing team that deserves so much credit for making this such a fun and memorable visit.

Great Stay

Had a great stay. We were on the port side of the ship. Rooms were comfortable and very spacious, was expecting a smaller room. Dinner in the restaurant was good. The flatbread in the bar was good as well. The history on this ship was great. Need to make another trip here as one day was not enough to see all we wanted to see.

Love the history of the ship and how the keep it in historical condition. Love the new speakeasy wish it was open more nights. This years Dark Harbor was my favorite and I've gone every year since they started. The opening show was awesome, characters were great.

We had a wonderful time at The Queen Mary! Room was quaint and very cool! Loved the food at Cafe Prominade(shout out to waitresses Alicia & Savannah)! I would suggest maybe having one of your exit gates keep its bar down so we know to scan barcode. If all are up & people leaving adjacent cruise ship, traffic is moving quite quickly & I was fearful to stop so I wouldn’t get rear ended!

To say this was my favorite stay at The Queen Mary, this past weekend was my best ever hotel stay would be nothing short of the entire weekend wrapped up in a few words. The staff running this ship make it the truly most beautiful stay on an already landmark of Art Deco Decadence
