The Tv didn’t work for the entire stay. Engineering staff tried to reprogram TV but still didn’t work. Apparently the hotel recently changed tv programs and several guests had tv issues. The towels shedded when we used them. Very short staffed. Food was great. Staff was friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Westin Pasdena! Our room was clean and comfortable. The property was conveniently located and the area around this hotel was very walkable. Only negative was the pool was kind of dirty. But overall, we loved our stay!

We choose this property given that it was to us a higher end hotel chain, and I believe it fell short. We choose it even though it did not offer free breakfast or free parking, expecting that the rooms would make up for that. However, the rooms were not in the best condition given the hotel brand. Our bathroom had a rotting piece of wood trim and the shower head barely let out any water. My sister’s room had one of the bedside lamps hanging with exposed wiring. Both rooms smelled, possibly due to the AC and the towels also had a strange smell. The furniture in the rooms and the blinds were worn and dirty. You have to pay for parking but the parking spots, if you find one, barely fit a car. With this being the parking situation, they shouldn’t justify having guests pay for parking. The person who checked us in was very kind as was the person who helped us with the parking and the housekeeping staff, the rest of the staff seemed a bit unapproachable. I believe with more attention to detail and care, the issues in the rooms can be addressed to reflect the expectations of the brand. One last positive is the free water offered in the first floor. I think in the future, there are better options that offer more for the price.

This property was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The only thing I have to complain about is how thin the walls were. You could hear everyone and everything around you. I appreciated that there was a fridge in the room but I wish there was a microwave or even one somewhere in the facility that is accessible for guests. Despise these minor things I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the Westin hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient to walk around. Nice amenities. Lots of people complained about parking being hard to find and tight spots. I would suggest using the valet service. Only a few bucks more, but totally worth it. And the staff is very quick to bring your car to you. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I reserved a corner unit on the 12th floor and it seemed like it wasn't cleaned. There was trash from the previous guest left behind. Room smelled odd and was dusty. There was no extra toilet paper. The hand towels were dirty and stuck in a corner besides the towels. No stirring straws for coffee. Ice machine wasnt working, went floor by floor until i found some on the 9th floor. I dont normally complain but unfortunately you guys missed the mark, for the price paid. Housekeeper info was listed but I hate to put her on blast. I did notify housekeeping of the mishaps. Lastly, self parking instructions need to be more concise and have the valet with better and clear information regarding where to park and how t get the ticket validated and where to pay.

The hotel has a nice relaxed feel. The room I was given was a good size and was quiet. The self parking is around the corner underneath the hotel. But was easy to get in and out of. That’s comfortable. Bathroom is a nice size with expected amenities and it was a safe in the room.

This hotel is scented. The whole property is scented.. it's overkill and it's disgusting. Also the towels reeked of mildew, the bed was concave and needed to be trashed and the AC felt like it was blowing moist air. This place needs to be done over... if you're sensitive to the above, this is a bad place for you.

Beautiful dog friendly hotel in a very nice part of Pasadena. Bonus - the on-site restaurant is also dog friendly. If my dog and I are ever in Pasadena again, we will stay here.

Pros: -Convenient -Parking for valet or self park is very affordable -Lobby & Room was very clean and offer water services to fill up your water jugs/cups. MAJOR con of my stay: I noticed I had an issue with my shower. It was almost midnight, and I called down to the front desk informing them my shower was shooting water out from the button that controls the water flow release to the over head shower or the faucet. Either way, water was shooting out directly from that button. When I called they said no rooms were available and were sold out, however they would document to get maintenance in the next morning to fix. I told them it’s fine, however I would need more towels later since the water would flow on the ledge and flood the bathroom floor. Fast forward to the next morning, I informed the front desk after I left my room there was no DND signage on my door and I would be out so they would be okay to do any repairs or fixes. The lady at the front thanked for informing, wrote it down in her notebook and said it would be taken cared of. I returned later that evening around 10/11pm & stopped by the front desk to check if there was any updates and a gentleman who took my call the night before said there wasn’t any updates. I asked for more towels so I could shower and soak up the water which he agreed. An hour later I call, which was accidentally disconnected so I called again and was met with a huge irritation sigh by front desk and “yeah yeah” rushed off & hung up on.
