Horrible manager racist
Terrible experience the hotel manager and assistant are very rude people. I kept calling the hotel on September 15, 2024 to ask if i needed an ID to checkin or if i can present a police report to give proof that my purse had been stolen with my ID inside it. The assistant told me come back at 3 that the manager would make an exception. I had to drive around all day long with my one year old daughter until 5 pm she kept crying the wheter was around 98 degrees i had no where else to stay. The showed no sympathy they made me drive around all day and bring my luggage in and of my car and had me linger around for nothing for the manager to be very rude and yell at me kicking me out saying there leave my property i processed the refund expect in a few days now leave

I totally dislike, people was rude when they ask to take out my stuff out the room, and i only do bad a reservarion thinking was for more days, but they call us very rude and the worst was the room with cocraches, very dirty, hairs in the rowel and yhe bath, also mooh, was terrible to pay for that

There are some issues such as the hot water which sometimes doesn't work during certain hours, often during zombie hours, although this varies from room to room. The Staff can also vary each with their own "unique" traits. For quite some time and quite stupidly I parked the car only in the front not noticing there was a huge parking lot in the back with a gate that can be opened with a room key. The rooms are always clean with the exception of the occasional unwelcome guest. Check out time isn't very flexible unless u got the green stuff.

The room was really dirty and there was cockroaches inside the room I killed one when we checked in and the next day there was another one. I don’t recommend this hotel don’t waste your money
