The workers there were exceptional. The hotel was clean. Food was decent. Plenty of activities and bars! I just wish they had more chaise lounges by the pools. I was there for 5 days and only once did i get one. Either add more adult pools with lounges or put in more lounges at the adult pools already there. That was my only gripe about my stay. I thank all the workers there, you are all wonderful and so kind!

Here’s a revised version of your message: I’ve never experienced anything like the service at Hard Rock Cancun. The staff and employees were a real disappointment. 1. Since the hotel is all-inclusive, no dinner reservations can be made. Most of the restaurants open at 5:30 PM, and it’s first-come, first-served. Every night, there’s a line of 50 people waiting before the doors even open. There’s no proper system in place for seating guests, which led to chaos. I saw people arguing with the hostesses each night after being told to come back at a certain time, only to still not be seated. The management at the front desk seemed clueless, lacking basic common sense and comprehension. After seeing reviews on Yelp, with pictures of the same manager being called out by name, I realized it wasn’t just us who experienced these issues. Also upon our arrival our shower head was broken, The elevator on our floor did not go down we had to use stairs, Tub on our patio was broken. This stay left me with a bad impression of Hard Rock Cancun. While I’ve had good experiences at other hotels, I will definitely not be returning to this one.

Hard Rock hotel is great and has everything you need. The food and facilities are all great. I used the gym 3 times and it has the most essentials. The only thing is they have loud music playing almost everywhere you go. Although it makes the resort lively, at times it be comes annoying when you want to relax. Thankfully they have a pool (Eden) that’s on the quiet side. They really do try to tailor to everyone. It’s great if you’re travelling with kids as the resort is very family oriented. Overall, I was impressed by how well the resort is maintained, and the friendliness of the staff.

Newer resort, facilities inside were really good. Good restaurants, very nice pools. Location was far away from any real civilization. Found the concierge/vacation planners pushy for whatever timeshare thing they were trying to sell, even after we told upfront we had no intention whatsoever to waste our time sitting through some presentation.

My how things have changed!! We have been back to this property over the years. This is our third time. On our first visit eveything was by reservation. You could make a plan for dinner or sitting by the pool. Now if you are a regular customer don’t plan on anything- except for waiting and hoping you can find a place to sit at the pool or a place to eat dinner at one of the specialty restaurants. It was frustrating to say the least. The wait staff were wonderful. Activities at the pool were fun. We come to this location because they have live music every day. With that said we were happy to be on vacation, but disappointed with some of the changes. Not sure we will be back.

We went for Christmas so we had a large group mixed with adults to preteens to children. We all got split up in different buildings. Beach was windy you are not allowed to go into water with the dangerous waves. The pools are heated is what they say but it does not feel that way when you are in the water. The pools by my building apparently were members only so we couldn’t go there. The main pool was not so big felt crowded and loud music so wasn’t really relaxing. The pools in front of main pool had the water slides for the kids also very cold kids went in a couple of times and were done for the trip. Small pool next to watersides ended up being kids pool they were all in there along with the one cold hot tub the kids were allowed in. Also was kind of chaotic with so many kids in that one area definitely not relaxing or fun. So we went searching for Eden pools on other opposite end the kids found the water not as cold as other areas so we ended up in this area. This was actually the only hot tub I found that had warm water. The kids were repeatedly kicked out of the hot tub so we gave up going in there. Last day we noticed a family speak back to security telling them their child was 14 and they allowed him to stay. Is was inconsistent based on who was enforcing the rule. Kids also could not throw ball in the pool I tried to organize pool voyellball but was told could not .We gave up and left hotel and went to marina and had a much better day at beach there.

Too far from everything Rooms doesn’t seem to have any noise cancellation.. can hear loud music all times.. Restaurant wait times and reservations needs are ridiculous long. No pool chairs available to sit for most part of the day. Beach water is not accessible either for swim.

This was our first trip to Cabo and my family loved it. Ive been to multiple all inclusive and this one was top notch on everyone. Room service was always quick and food was amazing. Never had to wait long for the restaurants. All of the food options didnt disappoint! Staff was always so friendly and helpful.. definitely will be coming back!

Our stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos was disappointing, with several issues overshadowing the few positive aspects. The rooms were run-down and poorly maintained. The floors hadn’t been mopped in some time (though this was promptly addressed), the couches had stains, and the pullout bed frame was bent, forcing the kids to sleep on a bed curving like a bowl. It was one of the few places where I felt the need to wear sandals indoors rather than walking barefoot. The food was average, and the experience felt like being in an amusement park with long lines everywhere. One night, we waited over an hour and 40 minutes just to receive our food, and the manager seemed indifferent when we brought it up. On the bright side, the hibachi dinner was enjoyable, and the pool waitstaff were attentive. The spa was overpriced, with average massages, though the hydrotherapy experience was lovely. The Christmas Eve entertainment started poorly with staff singing off-key Christmas songs, though the second professional singer was better. Overall, the hotel didn’t live up to its reputation. Between the maintenance issues, poor cleanliness, and long waits, the experience lacked the luxury and relaxation we expected.

The property is located on a cliff so it is VERY WINDY and cold. No beach access because the winds literally will blow sand in your eyes. Also the disappointing part was that Hard Rock purchased this land knowing where it sits and they don’t heat the pools or jacuzzis. Every guest was so cold we could not swim either. So imagine paying thousands of dollars for.a beach resort with no beach and no swimming.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The pullout couch in our room was old and stained. We did not let our kids sleep on it. Staff were very friendly and wonderful. Restaurants were good. You have to get to the pool by 8am to even get a chair for the day.
