Not the best, but an OK stay

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and eager to please, well mannered and polite. The hotel is outdated and needs some much needed TLC, as well as the rooms. Although they were clean, you can see there is much wear and tear, specially in the bathrooms. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable, but then again we didn't spend much of the day in the room as we were out and about. The air conditioner was annoying loud. I found it curious that earplugs were conveniently available on our nightstand, then I understood why. Our room was next to the highway, so it was difficult to fall asleep and you'd wake up in the middle of the night with all the trucks driving by. If I had known, I would have requested a quieter room. Did not try their breakfast, so I can't offer a comment about that. Our stay there was fine, but if you're looking for comfort because you're spending a lot of time in the room, seek other alternatives.

I was disappointed with the conditions for the price we paid. There was noise from the highway and the bed was extremely hard. The pool and hot tub were dirty and used towels were heaping out of two bins. Despite telling the desk clerk nothing was done. Breakfast was delicious but a cleaning cart was left in the hall in front of the breakfast area.

Don’t do it!

Lobby was nice, front desk person was very nice given the situation - a person stuck in the elevator and fire department was rescuing her! The room was horrible, nasty and musty with wet carpet underneath the window AC. One of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever not slept in. I’ll never stay at a Hampton Inn again.
