Disclosure: The house is protected by Ring Security Cameras. Cameras are only outside of the house covering the entry ways, no cameras or audio devices inside. No smoking, no pets, no extra guests allowed without modifying the booking. Violating the pet and the smoking policy has a fine of $500. Extra guests fee is $25 per person, per night.
