Room was nothing like the pictures posted on their website. Many things in the room were falling apart and bathroom could use some repairs. The view from the balcony was beautiful, but you could not just have the screen door open because it was broke off and we could not get it on the track. Price per night was way too high for what they had to offer and the quality of the room.

This place is a dive. Although it was clean, the beds are rock-hard and the AC cycles extremely loudly. It is on the far end of Huron St. from the Shepler's dock. I do not recommend.

Walkable location
Very awesome/ quick check-in. The room was a nice size and clean (our housekeeper was Lavern). Also nice location as it was easy to walk to Main Street.

The hotel is the definition of "it'll do". Not overtly dirty, but no one would rave about its cleanliness. AC worked but temperature sensor didnt so it was all the way on or all the way off. Shower drain was clogged and drained very slow. Filled up while you showered. Hair drying didnt work. Not great.... but it'll do

It is very important to request handicap room because the room is spacious and clean, unlike others. The continental breakfast is literally coffee and packaged muffins.

Paint peeling off walls and ceiling. Sink counter falling apart. Was a 1" gap between bathroom door and door jamb so there was no privacy using the toilet. There was a thousand holes in the curtain covering the patio doors. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life and this was just plain horrible! I cant believe Wyndham would put their name on this place.

Do not stay here!!
I booked this hotel online. The pictures shown online were nothing like what we walked into at the hotel sight. The beds were filthy, bathroom vanity falling apart, shower head vibrated terribly when turned on, and numerous cosmetic issues including animal chewed on furniture and paint and wallpaper coming off the walls. We had two rooms booked and both rooms had similar issues. We also talked to some other people staying at this hotel and their room had the same issues. I discussed our issues with the manager and asked for a refund and was going to stay at another hotel. The manager only offered to send a maid to change the bedsheets. We kept telling them we were totally dissatisfied but the manager would not agree to a refund. The manager actually hung up on me in mid conversation. We then called hotels.com and they tried to reach out to the manager and it took several attempts. When they finally touched base with the manager, this person still refused our refund. I never complain about anything and I can put up with a lot of things, but this hotel was the worst I have ever seen. Very disappointed in this hotel chain. Not at all concerned about customer satisfaction. I will never stay at this hotel and encourage others to look elsewhere.

Place is old and outdated-website says free breakfast-it’s pre packaged muffins and free coffee-our tv didn’t work-I called the front desk they told me to check all the connections behind the tv instead of sending someone up to fix it-checked the connections and tried to call the front desk back to tell them it still didn’t work and they didn’t answer the phone-waited until the next day and went to the front desk in person-finally hit it fixed

Aged and not kept up. Scratches on the back of the bathroom door and dust balls around the plug ins. The electrical plug in were not convenient to the desk area. Old phone that did not work. Change of lobby location to next hotel over.

This place sucks
Starting with garbage and mess everywhere in the lot surrounding the building this property has zero outside maitenence. Free breakfast was coffee from previous day and a crappy tiny muffin in a bag.

Dirty, old, too much money, not to mention dirty and old. Hot tub in room inoperative, A/C noisy, lamp didn’t work, extension cords under bed ran to various things, had to lean on the door with your hip to open and close. Walls were nasty as well. Cob webs on the hangers. Never would stay here again and don’t recommend it. Very sad.

Warning! Refrigerator is sitting on a padded bench! There is nothing stopping it from falling on your toes! Add to this, the frig.door is deformed and does not shut properly and you have a real safety hazard. And who installed that shower head? I could have done better and I hate plumbing. Wallpaper is peeling off the bathroom wall. And please, clean the waste basket at the bottom of the stairs; it smells like vomit! The vanity is big enough for one person, unfortunately there were two of us. Two pluses is the darkness of the room at night and the shower water pressure.

The stay was okay. Our cable box did not work, the extra lock on the door was broken and there is black mold growing on one of the walls in the room behind the main door. Our key cards stopped working the second day and had to get new ones. Was showed balcony views for booking and did not receive that room. Highly dissatisfied

Had a nice stay at Days inn, perfect for staying in Mackinaw City and having access to Mackinac Island! Was an affordable way to venture around the island and still have a nice spot to come back to. The Brewery across the street had great food and drinks!
