The room was very clean. However, the phone had no key pad (appeared to be ripped off), the internet did not work, and this was most definitely NOT a handicap accessible motel. We had to pick up the scooter about 12 inches in order to get it into the room. Only one person working at the desk, who also takes care of breakfast, which only consists of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and muffins (chocolate or blueberry). She was very friendly, but had to work the desk on top of making sure there was coffee and muffins available. I did report the room and WiFi problems to 2 people. I was told that they didn’t have any more handicap accessible rooms available, and they would reset the WiFi router. Obviously it didn’t work. At least the staff were friendly and the room was clean. Transportation to and from the island was great. We ended up making the best out of the trip anyways. It was a bed to sleep in and a clean room.
