The staff registering guests were horrible. There were 8 people waiting to check in, three clerks, two computers. Nobody was complaining, but for some reason, one clerk felt the need to rudely scream out “ We will be with you shortly”. The guests were looking at each other wondering why she was yelling. The bathtub has a mold problem. Staff in dining area very cordial.

Check in was very slow with poor attitude by the front staff and vague and confusing directions on where to park and what door to use. The hotel was very crowded which made for a crowded breakfast. The food was not very appealing. The room temperature was hard to control.

Next to the ferry, free breakfast and parking

Easy to park and walk to ferry, bars, and restaurants. Bed was comfortable pillows could be replaced. Hot tub was very good and so was the pool. Breakfast had a few hot options (eggs, ham, and pancakes), waffle maker, cereal was empty, coffee was good, and they offered orange juice and water. I would stay again.

starting with the parking, the parking lot was overfilled and had people wandering between cars at different hours of the night. The room itself had to be checked several times because the cleanliness of some of the areas looked appalling. I had to check for bed bugs four different times because I wasn’t sure if the sheets and the bed were actually clean. We got a room with a “jacuzzi” but it looked like it had never cleaned, the tub had sever yellowing and discoloration, and the caulking looked yellow cracking and missing in some spot. the porch had been covered in cobwebs and clearly had not been kept up. this place if i could give it a zero i most certainly would, we live in america not a third world country. learn to clean for the love of god. because it was gross as hell, oh and i didn’t take a shower their because of how unclean the bathroom was, and the toilet made you feel like you were going to break just by sitting down. it moved a ton and was not fully secured to the floor or sealed by someone like a plumber. good god never again.
