There was quite a bit of noise in the room that you could hear outside from the floors above, overall, though pretty cleanly, pretty good location, the place is pretty good was really nice to have the lakefront

I was pressured to upgrade my room and told that I would have to climb three flights of stairs if I did not upgrade. But during my stay I passed an elevator so I was lied to in order to pay more for a room. The room was dirty with splatters on walks and ceiling. No face cloths. Jacuzzi tub was discolored and rusty fixtures. I would not stay here again.

Everything was close by and walkable. Breakfast service could improve...too busy to keep up. Because its quite a historic building it has some distinct odors. Great view looking out to the beach. Beach is literally 1 step out of the back door!
