Advertised that it's beachfront! It's beautiful but you can only see it if you walk outside. Not one area had a view, unless you paid for a room. Otherwise, you could have been anywhere in Mackinaw City!! Quite disappointing from the minute we arrived! The front desk staff was unprofessional, unfriendly and not very knowledgeable about the area.The restaurant and lounge were closed. Thankfully, we found nice restaurants in the area.They were very nice and quite helpful.

For a handicapped room it was far for someone to walk to from the elevators the bed was high for her to get into and hard as a rock could not sleep on it and for a handicap room trying to get in and out of the tub was difficult also

Haven’t had breakfast yet. Check in was a great surprise. We arrived early for check in and room wasn’t ready, so rather than asking us to wait they found a room that was available which actually was a better room and they updated us. We are so happy and impressed. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience

Breakfasts they had upstairs was great, the whole place was nice and so was the staff, they had a door that went 20' to the lake, very impressive however the in room jacuzzi in 116 was broken and the jets weren't at full speed due to 2 broken knobs on the tub.
