I booked this room for my sister who was driving from Ohio to Florida after having been with her dying mother. I booked online for her and she gave her card for incidentals. She was told the card was declined, which wasn’t the case. The wins. At the front desk refused to try it again or to even try her husband’s card. She was very rude to my family and wouldn’t even let them check in. They had to leave and go elsewhere. So yes, the very short stay spent in the lobby was in fact terrible.

Room was clean, and was allowed to check in early. Staff was helpful and polite. The lobby and foyer area floors were dirty, however the room was freshly cleaned. The parking lot is situated very awkwardly and has busted speed bumps and pot holes in the pavement.

We haven’t used Comfort Suites in a few years but can see they have really gone down hill. Really need refurbished and cleaned. Staff shortage was obvious. The Breakfast wasn’t very good coffee machine broken no juice no batter for waffles no one around to ask. In general a bad experience.

Hot tub doesnt work, dirty and the food stunk

We chose this location due to the hot tub. We get there and find that the hot tub isn't heating and after speaking with a candidly honest front desk person, we were told the owners that turned off the heat some time ago and it has been off since. CHEAP!!!! What good is a cold hot tub? The pool was actually warmer. Going back we found several other reviews showing this site had been this way for a long time. Overall the bed was the one nice thing about the trip. Comfortable but we were glad to have brought our own sheets as the ones on the bed had multiple stains. Floor all over the hotel and our room were dirty around the edges. Seems they just run a broom and never clean around the edges. Shower was luke-warm and next to no pressure. Breakfast was horrible. 3 cereal options, cold hard biscuits, the greasiest sausage I've ever seen, eggs that tasted "off" and no toast, no fruit, no juices just milk cartons and water. Would not recommend unless you really enjoy Shoneys as theres one directly behind it.

The Comfort Suites and Inn in Forsyth, GA. was a great find. The king bed suite was tastefully decorated, well-maintained, and clean. The complimentary continental breakfast was excellent, though I was informed that there wasn’t any coffee one morning. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Excellent, especially for the liw price.

Very Family Friendly

My family enjoyed swimming in their indoor heated pool. The hot tub heater was broken, but that was fine because the water was still warm enough to be fun! The room was great, shower was lovely, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious!

I called before I booked to make sure that the hot tub was working because that was the only reason I booked a stay there. I got there and went to get in the hot tub and it was freezing went to the service desk and was told the hot tub hasn’t been working or a while now. I was very upset as they lied to me. my room was absolutely disgusting and bathroom was awful. I wanted my money back.
