Cross Keys Inn is a beautiful property. My daughter and I appreciated its friendly staff, spacious guest room and beautiful appointments. Kandra at the front desk welcomed us and immediately made us feel at home and cared for. It is clear that this property's owners maintain high expectations for its staff at all times. Expedia showed the king room and loveseat as a three-person room. The front desk was rude when I asked about the pull-out couch room. They have none. They also don’t have a rollaway bed. I slept on the loveseat with a towel for a blanket for three nights. The hotel said that they have told Expedia many times to change the posting. Many guests have complained.
