The hotel is located in a great area within walking distance to a lot of landmarks, but removed from the hustle of downtown Madrid. It is quiet and safe. I loved the people who work in the hotel, they were caring and friendly.

I really enjoyed the quirkiness of the property. The breakfast in the morning was included in my price. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I struggled with WiFi reception which made it difficult to get an Uber on the correct side of the street. It is a short drive away from the airport.

We loved our room design, the play on the movie theme was really cute and unique. Breakfast was also really lovely and the area is really beautiful and convenient.

The place had no AC when it was 75 degrees outside and the room super hot , also no wifi during our stay and furniture dirty and bathroom old and walls with cracks, definitely not a upscale hotel at all

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave me instructions to reach the embassy, and were very attentive. When I told them I didn't have time for breakfast, they packed me some to go. The place was very clean and beautiful.
