H10 Puerta de Alcalá is a gem in the heart of Madrid. Its location is absolutely unbeatable, nestled near the iconic Retiro Park and within walking distance of some of the city’s most popular attractions. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and boasts a modern design that perfectly blends style and comfort. The staff are incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and cared for. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly set this hotel apart. In many ways, H10 Puerta de Alcalá surpasses even the experience offered by several nearby 5-star hotels, making it an exceptional choice for anyone visiting Madrid. Highly recommended! P.S. The rooftop has increible views for the sunset!

Nice property, nice stay, good price
We only stayed one night while in transit. However, there's great dining options, 5th Ave style shopping, and Retiro Park within short walks in the neighborhood. There are two grocery stores down the street - one Whole Foods type quality and the other a more common Kroger/Ralphs variety store. We took our coffee and yogurt on the hotels rooftop and watched the sun rise on our only morning there. Beautiful views of the city.

The rooftop bar was amazing!! Staff very helpful and accommodating. We loved the view! The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The location is excellent and very walkable. Close to the Metro, the Hop on/Hop off Bus, a beautiful park and a number of very good restaurants. We were careful but always felt safe. Our room was very small. Just the basics for sure. Housekeeping did a very nice job.
