The major dislike was that the Ac was not working in the 2 rooms we booked, the heat was on and impossible to switch to the Ac (it was cool outside). We had to open up the windows and slept with a lot of noise.

There wasn’t really anything unique about this hotel. The layout is similar to other IBIS hotels I’ve stayed at. There was a very friendly waitress who served my husband and me dinner. One thing I was very disappointed about was that I asked the young lady at the desk to arrange a 4:00 a.m. wake-up call and it never came through. We had a 6:00 a.m. flight and it was a good thing I happened to wake up at 3:30. We could have missed our flight if we had slept in.

This hotel was a very good option to take a flight out of MAD. It is close to the airport,it has restaurants nearby within walking distance,it’s comfortable and clean. The hotel also offers a very good breakfast at extra charge. I definitely recommend it!

I am not a fan of the room design and amenities at Ibis hotels. Lamps had cords hanging from the ceiling. Furniture was strange. And only 2 thin bath towels is ridiculous! I always have to request more. The staff did respond quickly though.
