Very nice quiet hotel, clean and bed was comfortable. The shower head was not able to stay in place properly, we had to hold it while showering. There was a mold/musty smell around the bathroom sink.

Convenient and comfortable
We stayed just one night for a stopover close to the airport. Provides shuttle service but stops along the way, so plan for time. Taxi ride costs 20-25 Euro. Room and bathroom are new, modern and spacious. It’s a huge hotel but not overwhelming.

Excellent all the way around. Do not miss the extraordinary restaurant Kalma, which deserves a Michelin star. Top level food and service. Room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside is the location which is near the airport and farther out from the center of Madrid, and there’s no fast easy transport outside of taxis.

Difficult access to parking as access ramp on the back of the hotel was closed. The return to access the garage front entrance was complicated due to limited highway return point around the property
