Airport Convenience
Convenient, free shuttle bus to and from Barajas airport available till midnight. Breakfast is a little expensive for Spain. Air conditioning not cooling. This seems to be a problem with NH hotels, had the same issue at another NH in Madrid. Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff nice and attentive.

This place is great. The staff is helpful and friendly. Even the staff members who don’t speak English have the ability to simplify requests to the point where they can figure out what you need. The only thing that I would change would be: the pool should be open later. Nobody came to kick us out and close it up when we passed the 8PM closing time, but I wish the posted hours had it open later, especially when it gets dark at 10PM
