This deluxe 2 bed/2 bath Silver Bear condo has a spacious floor plan (over 1200 sq. ft.) and is conveniently located within walking distance to the base of Canyon Lodge, the ski slopes and the Village Gondola. Upon arrival, there is an assigned indoor parking space in the heated garage and one additional parking space outside. There is elevator access to the unit and luggage racks available to make unloading the car a breeze. Also for your convenience, there is a designated ski locker inside the garage.

The welcoming entryway has a bench, lots of coat hooks and closet space for your outdoor gear. The living area faces out towards a corner of large windows and is flooded with an abundance of natural light and views of the surrounding pine trees. The decor is tasteful with a mountain cabin feel but with a contemporary twist. Relax on the over-sized sectional couch or luxurious recliner chair and enjoy the cozy gas fireplace and stream your favorite programs and movies on the 55” Smart TV with HD cable. For additional entertainment, enjoy the wide selection of board games or stream music through the Bluetooth Sound Bar. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, ample counter space and is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy cooking a wonderful meal without having to leave the premises. The six-person round dining room table and kitchen counter bar complete the open and inclusive floor plan.

The bedrooms are spacious and attractively decorated with views to the pine forest. Both rooms have King beds, dressers, large closets plus wireless enabled flat screen TV's with Roku and HD Cable. One en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combo and double vanity while the other has a shower and basin. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa with supplied linens. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer. Silver Bear is in a great location. In winter, it’s an easy 5 min walk up Lakeview Blvd to Canyon Lodge for chairlift access to the slopes or the free Gondola to Mammoth Village and all its shops, bars and restaurants. Canyon Lodge also has a full-service sports shop and retail plus dining and après ski. The bus stop for the Blue Line shuttle and year-round Night Trolley is very close by which can take you to the slopes or town. The shuttle and Village Gondola run from mid-December to mid-April when Canyon Lodge is open. In summer, the Lakes area for water sports, biking and hiking are only minutes driving as is the Sierra Star golf course and downtown Mammoth. There is a year round sauna, covered Jacuzzi, outdoor Jacuzzi, communal gas BBQ grill area and in Summer a small plunge pool and fire pit. The outdoor hot tub will still be available for access during this time. Enjoy a heated underground parking garage for 1 car (garage clearance is 7' 2") with interior hallways and accessible elevator access to your unit on the 2nd floor. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This Mammoth condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people, and one pet is approved on a request basis only. Guests will be provided two parking passes. No smoking is permitted. Summer fun

Great place to stay. Had a few hiccups upon check in to get into the location but the staff made sure to help us right away. Very easy to communicate with which always makes things better. It’s a short drive to the village and a walk to Canyon lodge. There is no balcony as listed on the title for this location but the large windows in the living definitely made up for it. Plenty of space for a family or two couple friends. We had a great time in Mammoth as always and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo

We loved the condo! It was perfect for our family and our dog. The short walk to Canyon Lodge plus being dog-friendly will keep us coming back over and over again. We have stayed in a couple of different Silver Bear units and this one is our favorite. The comfortable king size beds, and the layout makes it easy for all of us to sleep well. I have aged out of soft/lumpy mattresses, and this unit has one excellent mattress and one good mattress. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and crockpots, so we easily cooked big dinners. The condo is spacious, warm and friendly. This unit will be our first choice every time we come!

Great condo with two large beds, a comfortable couch and a well appointed kitchen. TV even had Netflix. For checking in, you’ll pick up your keys in town and then head to the condo from there. Nice to have a parking garage too. Would stay again

Great location in an older building

Can not beat the location of this property- walking distance to Canyon Lodge ski area and gondola with assigned covered parking. Perfect amount of space for 4 people- or a family of three and a dog. Pretty clean, decent kitchen with all the needed amenities (but no frills). Pet friendly, unit located on the first floor of three story condo building. With that being said- if your a light sleeper this is not the spot for you (for 3/5 nights we were there the unit above us was occupied and it was constant noise & clatter). The night we checked-in one of the smoke detectors started to chirp & the after-hours maintenance service guy was at the property within 30 minutes to get it fixed. Overall a decent place to stay- but pricey for the age of the building/unit.

Great place near Canyon Lodge

Great condo, exactly as pictured. Very clean, well furnished and stocked. Easy one block walking distance to Canyon Lodge and about 10-15 min walk to the Village. Older building, but we especially appreciated having an elevator and hotel style large, rolling luggage rack to haul our belongings from garage to unit.

Great stay!

This property was clean, well stocked, and in excellent working order. We found the location to be very convenient, particularly since most of our hikes departed from trail heads in the Lakes Basin and it was very close to the Village. We did bring our own floor fans which helped with the lack of A/C. Thank you for allowing our dog. He is our favorite hiking inspiration so we appreciate your allowing him to come.

Clean and big condo

We had read the reviews and were super happy that it was just as described in other reviews. Clean and a great location. We had read about some sounds from upper unit, and there was some footsteps at times. We would definitely stay here again and may try to make it during the winter months. The owners keep a beautiful place!

Great vacation condo

This condo was in excellent condition, exceptionally clean. I so much appreciated the well stocked kitchen . The furnishings were in excellent condition. The location was great, close to our favorite fishing lake. We will be back next year.

Good location. Easy access to the car and elevator. Hot tub is close. The only disappointment is that you can hear your neighbors upstairs. Noisy neighbors could ruin your trip.

Great place but jacuzzi was broken.

I booked this place based on 3 things: Price, location and jacuzzi. If I knew the jacuzzi was broken or if we had to walk a block in 20 degree weather to get to a different spa I would've booked somewhere else. That's a huge false advertisement and I'd be ashamed to be selling that and not providing.

Fantastic condo

Just got back from a weeklong stay. The condo is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Walking distance to Canyon Lodge. We appreciated we could bring our dog too. Four adults stayed here and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Would stay here again!
