Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Practical mountain spot
Location at main ski mountain great for ski season or to access Devils Post Pile in summer. Due to it's location and age expect wear and tear, thin interior walls and lots of noise outside. Mattress, pillows and sheets were good. The main entry is sufficiently like a lodge and there is an onsite restaurant. The hotel has multiple buildings some do not have elevators (some travelers w long trips seem to have large luggage). We received a very friendly welcome at reception at check in and out. Based on what you get for what you XX for Mammoth Lakes, will stay again.

This hotel was fine. Beds were pretty good and pillows were great. It is a little run down - old carpet, stained. It was a little frustrating that there were restaurants but the affordable one was closed at 4pm.

We had to change our plans and settled here for 2 nights. Check in was a breeze and our room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The pool and spa/jacuzzi pools were a welcome bonus and we made use of them. The restaurant food was fantastic.

The property was old and isn’t complete disrepair. The carpeting all over the property was filthy and even worse in our room so much so we were afraid and never walked barefoot. The bathroom had peeling paint and holes in the wall and the shower was ancient and filthy. The room was hot with no ac and lousy old fan that made more noise than a truck engine. This property deserves an all around F. It should be closed and completely renovated. It’s shameful and highway robbery. In addition the restaurant food was the worse we have ever eaten and with high prices to boot. Disgusting that’s what it was. Worse place we have ever been to

The bedroom restrooms was very crammed and a little dated. Shower head sprayed water all over the place. Kitchen to bedroom flooring was uneven causing a trip hazard.

This property is in the heart of winter activities, located across from the main lodge, and for those that bike ride, in the heart of summer activities too. However it’s a drive to get to the Village or the Lake Basin. The views from this property are great, and the Adventure Park is right out front. When Red Meadows is open, you catch the bus right out front of this hotel too!

Great property! The king room was clean, large and comfortable. The resort had lots of amenities and activities to do close by. It’s a quick drive to the village.
