Staff was subpar, except for 1 front desk assistance. There were times no one was to be found. Room was missing tv remote. Shower had unknown stains other than rust marks. Ceiling showed leak signs. Much to improve from other quality inn, Ive been to.

They gave us the wrong room, reserved a king size got a queen instead, the room went from cold to hot to cold all night found a hair in one if my clean towels in the bathroom.
