Spend two nights to visit Manchester. It was calm and we were at the top floor (14) so we had a nice view through the window. While there were some stains on the walls, in overall the place was clean, bathroom and bed sheets/pillow/cover were clean. When I booked I asked for an accessible room (mobility issue but not on a wheelchair) and the manager call me to make sure to explain that there will be stairs (10 steps) and whether I wanted a refund if not being able manage it. It was great to get a call from the manager to make sure I was aware of the stairs with opportunity to cancel, it shows that the manager/staff care about customers. I would go back there if I am around Manchester.

Lily is lovely and very helpful as well as Eric very pleasant and willing to help to make your stay comfortable; good value for money. Whilst we were very happy with our room, unfortunately the bed was actually painful to lay on. Whether we got unlucky or not, the bed springs were unbearable to lay on, lots of tossing and turning during the night, the pillows were that flat I had to use towels and my clothes to prop them up. So even though the room was lush, we won’t stay again as need to be able to sleep!!!
