PRO:I was able to pick my room (like a movie theatre seat), bed was comfy, I couldnt hear next door room, quiet, easy parking, low cost, space for laptop for work meetings, outdoor seating, close to restaurants and shopping, staff was friendly, I felt safe and breakfast is simple grab and go (fruitt, yogurt, packaged muffin, pop tart) which worked for me. Con: low water pressure, not a smart tv

We've never stayed at a nicer Motel 6 in our lives!! The staff are so kind and it was such a treat to have breakfast even if there was nothing hot. The owner is around almost every day making sure the property is kept up to his standards. We'll stay here each visit to Mankato.

There were good & bad to this property. I guess i have never had to pay extra to have a frig in my room? I couldn't open the window, even on the first floor? No clock in the room? Good things? Beds were good (pillows, not so much), very modern feel. I was able to pick my room location, that was nice! Also, a walk in shower was wonderful instead of the tub. There really was no breakfast besides granola bars & banana's. Still a ok place to stay.
