The room was very small and rundown Also the shower water was not working properly, the room had a weird smell and it was very old and outdated. I don’t recommend this hotel

The room we had, the sombrero, was huge! We love it! Had everything you needed for a stay. We right on the water , beautiful view of the marina. Everything at Captain Pips was perfect, a cute little village feel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Property refused refund of night during off season despite being given 25 hour notice. We were planning a vacation to celebrate my wife finally beating cancer but at the last minute she had to be taken to the hospital due to a medical emergency. No compassion or understanding was given by the property.
