Welcome to paradise! We are proud to offer you one of the nicest waterfront units in Coral Lagoon!

Please Note:
For your safety, the entire house is sanitized prior to your arrival. Along with our standard cleaning practices we have a local company that comes in and fogs the entire house with hospital grade sanitizer.

Our waterfront villa unit #2 sleeps 8 and features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths: one king room, one queen room, and the third room with two twin size beds. There is a queen size memory foam sleeper sofa downstairs for a total of 1,350 sq. ft. for your complete comfort. Our villa has recently been upgraded will all new downstairs furniture, everything to make you feel right at home, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining table, TV's in every room with cable and/ or smart TV/ Amazon firestick, new furniture in the downstairs area, high-speed Internet, washer/ dryer and porches with seating on both levels. Our unit has one of the best water views in the community!

Please remember, just because we’re in the same community doesn’t mean all the units are the same. We take a tremendous amount of pride in making sure that our home is one of the best around. We personally manage our unit, not some property management company that doesn’t offer that personal touch or pay attention to details like regular air vent and filter cleanings, new linens, comfortable beds, etc. Your safety and comfort are our top priority, before and during your stay we’re available by phone anytime you may need something.

We do not allow pets however there might be possible exceptions on a case-by-case basis, please contact us for more information before booking.

While we strive to offer the most enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly request that our guests maintain a professional composure throughout their stay. Our unit sleeps 8 max, if you need to accommodate additional guests please contact us so we can help you figure out if our unit with work for your needs, we do check occupancy at check-in.

Please note: Our unit does NOT come with a boat slip. If you should require a boat slip for your stay please contact me for the dock master information, they can assist with pricing and availability. If you’ve already made arrangements for a slip rental and you’re bringing a trailer, please be sure to coordinate with the dockmaster with regards to trailer parking in the designated trailer parking area. There is absolutely no trailer or RV parking in the main parking lot of the community.

A Fantastic Getaway in the Florida Keys

Very clean and well-kept property located in a very desirable spot in Marathon, FL, on a lagoon outlet. Easy access to countless restaurants, stores, beach, aquarium, 7-mile bridge, etc - everything inside 15 minutes. Nice and clean community pool. Check-in and check-out is a breeze. Owner is very accessible, professional and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Sean’s house is really nice, comfortable, clean and convenient! We’ve stayed in several houses in Coral Lagoon, and this is one of the nicest ones we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend and we will be booking this one again. Great view as well!

8 of us stayed at the house to celebrate an upcoming wedding. Easy to get to, great amenities, and an hour from Key West made our stay perfect! Cooked multiple meals in the kitchen and used the grill on the back porch. Really enjoyed our stay and will visit again without hesitation!

Marathon Villa

I can’t say enough about our stay. The location was great. Even though we were right off of US 1, our villa was very quiet and we had no traffic noise. We spent a lot of time on the back deck watching boating / kayaking activity. We even saw a dolphin. The villa was super clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Whenever I reached out to Sean, he was VERY responsive. I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay, and in the future we will certainly stay again.

We were so happy with our stay in Marathon - Key West. This property is beautiful and managed extremely well. We had no issues with the property. Our communication with Sean was professional and he helped us with any questions we had. The pool at this property was amazing & well kept. One of the many reasons we will be back. Key things we loved about the property: -decor and layout -cleanliness -pool -full kitchen + Keurig and kcups -bathroom accessibility -a squaty potty!!! -two decks -the view One note for other travelers, the sign at the property is a little hidden and the gps takes you past the property.

Very clean, well-stocked rental unit. Owner easy to reach for any questions, very helpful, great communication. It was so helpful to have a notebook there so we could look at recommendations for area attractions and restaurants among other house rules and instructions that were well spelled out. We tried a couple of the restaurants and they were truly excellent. Beds were comfortable. Nice quiet location in the middle of the keys. We really enjoyed and relaxed on the front porch. Would highly recommend this property!

Our stay in this perfect townhouse was excellent. The house is beautiful, nicely decorated, with all the necessary appliances and gadgets. The location of the townhouse is perfect. minutes from everything in Marathon. The townhouse was very clean with great views of the water especially from the second story balcony. The property owner was terrific. We werent ready to leave and wanted an extra day and the owner was able to rearrange the schedule for the next day to allow us to stay one extra day on short notice. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful Marathon Home

My family and I just returned from a 4-night stay at this lovely home in Marathon. The kitchen is very well equipped - plenty of pots and pans for cooking, lots of plates and bowls, and a coffee station with a Keurig and a regular coffee maker (stocked with coffee pods, ground coffee, filters, and sugar). The house has 2 decks - 1 off the living room and another one off the master bedroom. Both are great for reading books and drinking coffee. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are adequately sized. The owner is great to work with. We had a small issue with the hot water heater the day we arrived. I messaged him at 11 PM figuring he was already asleep. I was pleasantly surprised when he responded right away! He told me what to check...and within a few minutes we were able to take nice hot showers. If our travels ever take us back to Marathon, this will be the first place I check for availability!

We really enjoyed our stay - will stay again if we are in the neighborhood. Great location, close to restaurants, etc., and the best thing was communication with owner. Very hands on and available at a moment's notice.
